Victoria Ollers – Communications Strategy and Planning, Project Management

With 30 years of communications experience on both the client and agency sides, Victoria (Vicki) is a senior communications executive who has been trusted to counsel leaders in public, private, government and non-profit organizations.

Vicki is an idea generator and a strategic communications advisor. Her superior listening and project management skills enable her to deliver innovative and practical solutions to achieve clients’ business mandates. Her depth of experience includes management of delicate issue and crisis communications projects, C-Suite media and presentation training to stakeholder and community relations. She founded GoldFenix Communications in 2002.

Ann Rutledge, Cert, Tr – Translation, Proofreading, Project Management

Ann has more than 30 years of proven experience in language service management, particularly as the senior director of language services for such dominant North American companies as Microcell Telecommunications and American Express. She has consulted with several major companies, leading their francization programs and advising them on translation and language issues. Ann is an OTTIAQ certified translator with vast experience in translation, copywriting, revision and terminology and is the author of Vocabulaire de l’imagerie médicale, published by the Office québécois de la langue française. A graduate of the Université de Montréal (MA in Translation) and McGill University (B. Mus. and Dip. Ed.), she serves on the jury of the Mérites du français in information technology, awarded each year by the Office québécois de la langue française. As President of the Megalexis Group and as a member and past Chair of the Language Industry Association (AILIA), she is a national figure in the Canadian language  industry.

Sean Mallen

He leverages his frontline experience to provide unsurpassed, real-world expertise in media and presentation training, compelling speeches and articles that make a difference and calm counsel in times of crisis.

Paul Tyler – Media Relations, Planning

Paul’s experience spans close to 20 years working with clients ‎to plan, manage and execute communications programs including profile-building campaigns, product launches and industry-leading initiatives to community events and customer retention campaigns. Paul has proven himself to be strategic and incisive with strong communication skills and media contacts and a reputation for integrity, collaboration, and client focus. His work includes strategic planning, project management, media strategy and relations and issue communications.‎
