Ann has more than 30 years of proven experience in language service management, particularly as the senior director of language services for such dominant North American companies as Microcell Telecommunications and American Express. She has consulted with several major companies, leading their francization programs and advising them on translation and language issues. Ann is an OTTIAQ certified translator with vast experience in translation, copywriting, revision and terminology and is the author of Vocabulaire de l’imagerie médicale, published by the Office québécois de la langue française. A graduate of the Université de Montréal (MA in Translation) and McGill University (B. Mus. and Dip. Ed.), she serves on the jury of the Mérites du français in information technology, awarded each year by the Office québécois de la langue française. As President of the Megalexis Group and as a member and past Chair of the Language Industry Association (AILIA), she is a national figure in the Canadian language industry.
